Normal business hours for Dr. Gregg:

• Monday and Tuesday 12-4:30p

• Wednesday 8a-3:30p

• Thursday 7:30a-12p

 

Normal business hours for Dr. Jackson:

• Monday 8a-12p

• Tuesday 7:30a-12p

• Thursday 12:30-5p

• Friday 7:30a-12p

Hours are subject to change when the doctors are out of the office.

Fees

​

You Pay Us At The Time Of Service

• Payment due on date of service unless other arrangements are made.

• Cost of CBCT $250 paid directly to imaging center.

• Cost of Radiology Report $100 paid directly to imaging center.

• CBCT analysis is $45 collected at initial new patient appointment and is included in new patient appointment cost: Dr. Jackson $248. Follow up appointments for Dr. Gregg $90 and Dr. Jackson $70. Dr. Gregg is not taking new patients.

• We do not accept insurance but can provide you with an itemized receipt with procedure and diagnostic codes so that you may file a claim with your insurance company.

• Reimbursement is determined by the insurance coverage of your insurance policy provided by your network or your insurance company.
